Generate provides 1:1 employment support to individuals with a wide-range of disabilities. In fact, we are the largest provider of employment support within London, and our service is also available nationally.

We can provide:

• employment support workers
• job coaching
• support to keep your job
• workplace mentoring.

Our support is funded through the Government’s Access to Work programme.

We are specialists with years of experience of providing employment support, meaning that we can cater for your needs in a variety of employment situations, including if you are self-employed.

Within the team are disabled people who have themselves benefited from the Access to Work programme for over 25 years – they bring their personal experience to offer you guidance and advice, and to assist you in making your application for Access to Work funding.
