Appointment of a new CEO

We are delighted to announce that Alison Love has been appointed as the permanent Chief Executive Officer of Generate, effective 1st July.

Alison was successfully appointed following a thorough recruitment process, including interviews with both a Members’ Panel and a Trustee Panel. Both panels felt strongly that Alison brings the experience, skills, and values needed to lead Generate into its next chapter.

Alison brings over 30 years of senior leadership experience across health and social care organisations in London, spanning both the voluntary and statutory sectors. She has a strong track record of leading complex organisations and is passionate about delivering high-quality, community-based services that enable people to live the lives they choose.

Her leadership style is collaborative and inclusive, with a strong commitment to equality, diversity, and co-production. Alison has extensive experience working alongside people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and other support needs, ensuring their voices shape service design and delivery.
