National Grief Awareness Week 2024

This week is National Grief Awareness Week, and we wanted to share a few things about Grief.

What is Grief?

Grief is what you feel when someone passes away

This could be a friend, family member or anyone you were close with

You may feel sad and upset

You may also feel that you miss them a lot

You can talk to a counsellor about your Grief and how are you feeling

We have some information about Grief on our Easy Health website which you can look at if you need to find out more: Easy Health | Home

What is National Grief Awareness Week?

National Grief Awareness Week happens one week a year where people share their experiences of grief and losing someone you were close to.

It was started to recognize how important it is to talk about Grief and how people should be compassionate and understanding towards people who are going through grief and loss.

This year, it will take place from 2nd December to 9th December
